A renowned builder promotes his projects through active social marketing, lots of attractive advertisements and yes famous personalities as their brand icons. Seems like the perfect recipe for the builders credentials. But still at times the builder cannot develop a solid existing clientele base for recommending his forthcoming projects to others. The result- he loses his credentials in the overall sales matrix which subsequently may narrow down his client base.
